Lectures 1 & 2 (Disc 1 & 2)
Thinking Vocationally of Our Life and Work: Theological Foundations & Some Practical Considerations |
What does it mean to approach life in light of Godˇ¦s calling? This is both a theological question (the nature of calling) but also a practical question ˇV it has implications for how we make decisions about work and career. These lectures will provide a Christian vision for thinking and acting on work and career matters in light of the biblical understanding of vocation. The lectures will demonstrate that ˇ§thinking vocationallyˇ¨ provides the Christian with a sense of purpose, direction and freedom in the midst of the multiple and competing demands of our relationships and work commitments. (Cantonese interpretation provided)
